WHAT WE OFFER

Our Joint venture

As part of our approach to forming strong, collaborative relationships with partners, we have been working closely with Morgan Sindall since 2021 to deliver our joint venture programme, designed to address challenges within the construction sector.

The purpose of our Shared Apprenticeship Programme (VAST) has been to create a transformational environment that provides opportunities for progressive and fulfilling career pathways within the construction sector, helping to break down barriers through authentic collaboration.

Over the course of this partnership, we have welcomed 153 pre apprentices onto the programme, with 90 being employed directly into the Joint Venture as an apprentice. At the end of their apprenticeship journey, a further 60 have progressed into sustained employment with the Joint Venture.
