Our Shared Apprenticeship Programme is a partnership, aimed at providing training and employment opportunities within the construction industry. With over 20 years of experience in training and apprenticeships we believe this solution meets the needs of our partners, industry and young people undertaking apprenticeships.

Our Shared Apprenticeship Programme introduces young people into construction through a non-traditional route, offering opportunities that may not have otherwise been available. This creates a transformational environment that provides opportunities for progressive and fulfilling career pathways in construction.

How the Programme Works?

Before becoming a Shared Apprenticeship Programme Apprentice, we support young people through various programmes to prepare them for a career in construction, these include Foundation Apprenticeships and pathways programmes, such as Get Into Construction. Following this, they can join our Pre-Apprenticeship Programme, which is fully funded by local authorities through No One Left Behind (NOLB), Future Pathway Programmes, and more. During this time, they learn the hard and soft skills required to start their career, and work with our partners.

After the Pre-Apprenticeship

Young people who successfully complete the pre-apprenticeship are offered a 12-month apprenticeship with tigers as a Shared Apprenticeship Programme Apprentice. While they are employees of tigers, they are 100% seconded to our partners who support the Shared Apprenticeship Programme, providing hands-on experience in their industry.
