James is a Development Officer within the Scottish Violence Reduction Unit and an Advisory Officer with Community Justice Scotland

James is also a campaigner and educator with ACE Aware nation and advocates strongly for change and awareness in how we address the hidden cost of untreated trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE’s) in our society.
