How we deliver Foundation Apprenticeships.
Where?
Our Training Academy's provide professional training suits and a Wellness Room the pupils can access to learn in a safe, relaxed environment. We can also offer delivery at school local to you to minimise travel and cost (minimum class size required).
When?
When?
We can offer a flexible delivery to fit around other subjects in a pupils timetable. We have availability each day of the week, Monday - Friday, this can be made up of full days or half days on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
Relationship Led Practice
We believe in Relationship Led Practice, understanding that significant learning and development only happens in the presence of secure, positive relationships. We believe that building open and trusting relationships creates feelings of safety and security, this is how meet our infinite potential.
Work Experience
We offer industry work experience in both year 1 and 2 of the Foundation Apprenticeship. The value in pupils gaining real life experience builds confidence, communication skills and most importantly the ability to build relationships with others.
