Driving Social and Community Value Together

Welcome to the 200 Club, an initiative designed by Tigers Group to create a platform for generating social and community value as a collective.

At Tigers, we believe in the transformative power of education and shared experiences to foster stronger communities and drive meaningful, sustainable social change.

The 200 Club is a sponsorship initiative that aims to secure 200 sponsored tickets for deserving delegates at each of our major conferences, the next being The Biology of Belonging, taking place at The Crowne Plaza in Glasgow on the 7th and 8th May 2025.

These tickets, generously funded by private sector businesses, will enable individuals from supported organisations and underrepresented communities to access potentially life and community changing events that they might not otherwise have an opportunity to attend.

In joining and supporting the 200 Club initiative, sponsors are helping to enhance and empower the experience and impact of those on the frontlines of social and community work, as well as potentially influencing future policy.

This initiative is more than sponsorship – it is a collective statement of social intent – it is a direct investment in building stronger, more resilient communities through education, connection, and shared understanding.

We look forward to welcoming you and your colleagues to the 200 Club.

Call tigers on: 0141 771 5200 or email: 200club@tigersltd.co.uk to learn more about this exciting initiative.

“Exclusion is one of the greatest barriers to progression and creativity, be that in business, or in personal and professional relationships. This new initiative led by Tigers will bring people together who would rarely get the chance to engage and interact with like-minded people and organisations. Each interaction could be the spark that leads to something much bigger.

It’s typical of Tigers to be at the heart of something as innovative and inclusive as this. Over time the energy and ideas generated by the new relationships facilitated by thiswork will be to all our benefits. I am very pleased to recommend you play your part in making this happen.”

The Event

On 7th and 8th May, 2025, at The Crowne Plaza in Glasgow, Tigers Group will host The Biology of Belonging, a transformative two-day conference that delves into the critical role of connection and belonging in human well-being. This event brings together world-renowned speakers, including developmental psychologists, clinicians, and social innovators, to share insights and practical strategies for fostering belonging in families, workplaces, and communities.

This conference promises to attract a diverse audience of community leaders, educators, health professionals, and changemakers—people driven to make a difference in the lives of others.

Your Opportunity to Make a Difference

By sponsoring tickets through the 200 Club, your organisation will:

  • Support Social Value: Enable individuals from supported organisations to attend, enhancing their knowledge and empowering them to create positive change in their own communities.
  • Contribute to Community Wealth Building: Align your sponsorship with your organisation’s goals of improving local economies, social outcomes, and long-term sustainability.
  • Enhance Brand Recognition: Showcase your commitment to corporate social responsibility, placing your organisation at the forefront of meaningful community impact.
  • Foster Connection: Join a growing network of like-minded organisations who believe in building a compassionate economy and stronger, more inclusive communities.
  • Demonstrate Social Impact: Every member of the 200 Club will receive a post-event brochure outlining delegate experience, highlighting your commitment to community wealth building.

“I’m proud to support Tigers’ latest initiative, the 200 Club, which is a thoughtful and practical way of providing free event tickets through sponsorship.

As a business owner, I know the value of accessing good quality speakers, thought-provoking content and networking time. I want that opportunity for those who’d put the experience to very good use in their community if they got the gift of a ticket.

It’s a small but powerful thing to do, building partnerships one ticket at a time.”

“I am truly thrilled to support Tigers’ latest initiative, the 200 Club! It is more than an inclusive, values-driven sponsorship approach; it represents an opportunity to harness our collective power across sectors to create an eco-system for deep social impact.

Now is the time for sectors to blend, complement, and form a new biological belonging. Together, we can tackle systemic inequalities, erode disadvantages, and build a bold new landscape for communities to thrive.

A collective belonging for us all, built from incredible insights and expertise from the fantastic speakers Tigers Group has lined up for us!”
